The Revive Method provides a proven framework to help investors maximize profits while reducing the risks associated with fix and flips significantly. This strategy focuses on strategically transforming properties with high potential, utilizing creative financing, and creating a win-win for buyers and sellers.
Unlock hidden value by identifying properties with significant “value-add” potential. Target houses where renovations can substantially increase the after-repair value (ARV). A property with a low loan balance and has deferred maintenance is an ideal candidate for this method.
Utilize “smart funding strategies” to scale investments efficiently and maximize returns. The Revive Method uses private money lenders (PMLs) to finance the rehab and other closing costs, securing their investment with a first or second lien position secured by real estate with low Loan To Value (LTV) ratios to better protect private money lenders.
The beauty of the Revive Method is that it brings the property up to full retail value before it hits the market. That means it attracts the widest pool of buyers and sells for top dollar.
