Casey Gregersen just dropped some incredible numbers in his Q4 2025 investor update, and if you’re looking to get into real estate without dropping millions, you need to hear this. BIGHORN CAPITAL Fund is pulling off something most funds can’t – delivering 14% to 20% returns while actually making a difference in communities.
Remember when everyone said the rental market was slowing down? Well, someone forgot to tell Lilac Way. Casey’s team wrapped up renovations and boom – they’re sitting at over 95% occupancy. But here’s the kicker: those furnished units they set up? They’re pulling in $2,000 to $2,400 a month. Casey initially thought they’d hit $1,800.
And get this – they’re doing these numbers in October, not even peak summer season. Morgan Stanley and Greystone are already circling for the refinance deal, which is expected to wrap up early next year.
The Cathedral Group equity fund has just paid out full returns: 14% to the big players who invested $250,000 or more, 12% to those with $150,000, and solid returns all the way down to the $50,000 entry level. Casey’s projecting around 20% cash-on-cash returns, with yearly returns potentially hitting 20-30%.
Two recent flips really show what they’re doing. They purchased a property in Laramie for $290,000, invested $44,000 in renovations, and subsequently sold it for $430,000. That’s $42,369 in profit share right there. Another property in Evanston – bought for $156,000, spent $29,000 on renovations, sold for $216,000. Quick $18,000 profit.
Here’s something you don’t see often – the Ponderosa debt fund offers 10-12% returns, but you can withdraw your money with 90 days’ notice. Perfect if you’re using retirement funds or want flexibility. They’ve been hitting that 12% quarterly payment like clockwork.
This is where it gets interesting. Casey partnered with Tim, a man who has been through recovery himself and now helps others get back on their feet. Their first sober living house in Billings filled up instantly – we’re talking 12-14 beds, gone. Tim’s got so many people calling that they’re opening a second location.
This isn’t charity work – these properties generate a strong cash flow while providing people with a genuine opportunity to transform their lives.
Casey just bought 29 units in Wheatland, Wyoming – right between Casper and Cheyenne. This old motel was in a state of disrepair. They’re gutting it, fixing the electrical and plumbing, and turning it into a mix of furnished and regular rentals.
Then there’s this portfolio in Billings. These properties were basically drug dens in one of the nicest parts of town – we’re talking historic district, near downtown. The previous owner was the definition of a slumlord. Casey’s team is taking these down to the studs and rebuilding them completely.
Casey’s not slowing down. They just grabbed a 120-unit complex in Evanston – their biggest deal yet. The Revive Summit drew over 50 investors to Houston (the next one is scheduled for January 23-24, 2025, if you’re interested). And Casey just spoke at Collective Genius to 150-200 of the country’s top real estate players.
They also have the Revive Club for newer investors who don’t yet qualify as accredited. About 40 people have jumped in, learning the ropes while building their track record.
Cathedral Group starts at $50,000 for C-class shares. Got $150,000? That’s B-class with better returns. $250,000 gets you A-class with the best rates. Ponderosa debt fund also starts at $50,000.
You can request a withdrawal and get your cash in 90 days. That’s quite rare in real estate investing, yet it still yields returns of 10-12%.
Everything from fix-and-flips to apartment complexes to short-term rentals. They’re working in Wyoming, Montana, and nearby markets, focusing on properties that can be improved and add value to.
Simply, they purchase properties that require improvement in areas that need attention. Fix them up, provide good housing, create sober living homes, and transform sketchy areas into safe neighborhoods. The properties make money while actually helping people.
You get quarterly updates, can check out real-time project photos on Company Cam, see all the performance numbers, and get complete documentation through their Avestor platform. Casey’s big on transparency.
