I didn’t grow up with a silver spoon. I worked my way through engineering school, earned my Master’s in Petroleum Engineering, and spent over a decade climbing the corporate ladder at Shell. But deep down, I knew there was more out there. More freedom. More fulfillment. More opportunity.

That’s when real estate became my path. I bought my first property in my twenties, and over the last 15+ years, I’ve built a real estate portfolio that’s surpassed $50 million in assets—ranging from single-family flips to large multifamily and short/mid-term rental plays across multiple states.

Today, I run several vertically integrated businesses, raise capital for value-add deals, and teach others how to create wealth using creative finance—things like subject-to, wraps, seller finance, and novations. This strategy is the foundation of how we’re able to grow fast without relying on traditional lending.

What sets me apart? I’m not here to sell hype—I’m here to show you how we do it, step by step. Whether that’s walking deals on my YouTube channel, teaching inside the SubTo community, or hosting our Problems to Profits calls with thousands of investors each week, I’m passionate about pulling back the curtain so others can win.

Do I have to be accredited to invest?

No. You do not need to be accredited to join this investment round.

What’s the minimum investment?

$10,000. However, investors contributing $25,000+ get special perks and credit leverage opportunities.

When do I get paid?

We aim for a 24-month hold period. Capital and returns are distributed at exit unless otherwise stated.

Is there risk?

As with any investment, yes. But our vertically integrated model, creative financing, and conservative underwriting help mitigate that risk.

Can I use my credit card to invest?

Yes! Approved 0% business credit lines can be used to fund your portion — with an added 3% return bonus.
